WASHINGTON, June 19 (Hina) - Croatian parliamentary deputy Andrija Hebrang of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), who is on a visit to Croats in Canada at the invitation of the Razminirajmo Hrvatsku mine removal association, held
talks with the Speaker of the Canadian Parliament's House of Commons, Peter Milliken, about the Canadian visa regime for Croatian citizens.

Hebrang of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), who is on a visit to Croats in
Canada at the invitation of the Razminirajmo Hrvatsku mine removal
association, held talks with the Speaker of the Canadian Parliament's House of
Commons, Peter Milliken, about the Canadian visa regime for Croatian
citizens. "Speaker Milliken and I talked about making the Canadian
visa regime more flexible for Croatian citizens," Hebrang told Hina in a
telephone interview.
On Tuesday, Hebrang is scheduled to meet the President of the Canadian
Senate, Noel Kinsell. He is also expected to meet representatives of the Croat
community in Toronto on Wednesday.
