ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - The Croatian Reconstruction and Development Bank (HBOR) is issuing bonds on the foreign market in the amount of EUR 250 million, with a maturity period of 10 years, the Zagreb Stock Exchange reported on
Tuesday.
ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - The Croatian Reconstruction and
Development Bank (HBOR) is issuing bonds on the foreign market in the amount of
EUR 250 million, with a maturity period of 10 years, the Zagreb Stock Exchange
reported on Tuesday. A presentation of bonds and HBOR was organised
for investors in Vienna, Frankfurt and Dublin, and the bonds were listed on
the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The main arrangers of the issue are UBS Limited and Deutsche Bank
London.
HBOR has issued bonds on international financial markets several times,
the last time in July 2006.
