Grabar-Kitarovic and Duck-soo discussed international relations and possibilities of advancing bilateral relations in politics, the economy and culture. Duck-Soo said Korea was interested in further investing in the development of Croatian shipyards.
Talks between Grabar-Kitarovic and Min-soon focused on ways of augmenting trade.
Korean companies were among the first to invest in Croatia's economy, notably Rijeka Port, thus contributing to better connections between Croatia's and developed Asian economies, said the Croatian minister.
She said Croatian-Korean economic relations should focus on tourism, shipbuilding and cooperation in science and technology. She also advocated closer parliamentary cooperation and welcomed the upcoming establishment of a Croatian-Korean parliamentary friendship group.
Grabar-Kitarovic also granted an interview with Korea's leading political daily, The Korea Herald, speaking about Croatia's Euro-Atlantic integration process and presenting the country as one of big economic potentials and an attractive tourist destination.
