The seminar, organised by the European Commission in cooperation with the Croatian Government's Office for the Prevention of Drug Abuse, was being attended by national coordinators for narcotics from Southeast European countries, representatives of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction, and other experts.
The Croatian delegation was due to present a new regional initiative as a mechanism for strengthening cooperation among Southeast European countries in preventing drug abuse.
