The meeting focused on the strengthening of concrete models of regional cooperation and on the election of the SEECP Cooperation Council Secretary-General, according to a press release issued by the Croatian Ministry.
Participants in the meeting considered candidacies for the above mentioned post and for the headquarters of the Council's secretariat.
The final decision on the candidacies will be made on 10 May when SEECP foreign ministers are expected to meet in Zagreb.
On 11 May, the Croatian capital will host the SEECP summit.
On that occasion, Croatia will complete its one-year chairmanship of the SEECP. The next chair is Bulgaria.
