The second-ranked is the Power Supply Company (HEP), followed by local water supply companies, the head of the federation of the Croatian consumer protection associations, Nenad Kurtovic, told a news conference in Zagreb on Thursday.
According to data collected by consumers' associations, the most frequent objections to the T-Com work refer to the dialers, namely to unlawful charging of services that have not been used, which is contrary to the Telecommunications Act.
In such a case, those who complain are victims of the abuse of the net and the fraud, said Kurtovic.
Most frequent objections to HEP refer to the payment of its nonstandard services such as costs of metering and costs of sending bills.
