GRUDA, March 4 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader said on Sunday that Serbia, Montenegro, the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) and rebel Serbs in Croatia had taken part in the early 1990s aggression on Croatia.

"Given that recently there have been some debates in the Croatian public, I will clearly say this: Serbia, Montenegro, the JNA and rebel Serbs in Croatia took part in the aggression on Croatia," Sanader said.

"Croatia must not have complexes before anyone because we won that imposed war," he said, underlining that Croatia wanted to develop good neighbourly relations with everyone.

There are still some outstanding issues, he said, adding there was a wish to reach a permanent agreement on the border with Montenegro given that the current one was temporary.

Sanader was speaking at the opening of a new school gym in Gruda in southern Croatia in which the development ministry and local authorities invested 17.3 million kuna.
