The EU set aside 600,000 euros for the implementation of the project which was launched last Septemer and will end on March 2008. The project's goal is to strengthen the role of the Science and Higher Education Agency, the establishment of a national network which will ensure quality education at universities, and the drafting of a uniform information system.
The project will be implemented by an international consortium led by GOPA Consultants from Germany and the Croatian company Nobium.
Students must be involved in ensuring quality university education, it was said.
