"Kosovo institutions as well as all relevant political forces have already stated in public that they have no territorial claims to any neighbouring state, including Montenegro, and that they fully respect Montenegro's existing state borders," Vlasi told the Podgorica-based daily Republika.
He said that neither marginal political groups in Kosovo were in the mood for territorial claims to Montenegro.
Vlasi dismissed claims that there existed a Great Albania project which would envisage the creation of an Albanian state comprised of Albania, Kosovo, and parts of Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro.
