"The list of future deputies is not final yet but Kuntic will certainly be a member of the new Serbian parliament," DS Presidency member Oliver Dulic told Hina.
Kuntic declined to comment, saying he would present his concrete plans once the DS officially stated the decision.
He said previously that one of his main tasks in parliament would be to push for the inclusion of the Croat minority in Serbia's social and political life.
He is the first DSHV representative since 1992 to have won a seat in the state parliament.
The DS won 64 seats and is the second strongest party after the Radicals, which won 81.
It has been announced that the DS will form a coalition government with some other parties from the democratic bloc.
