BELGRADE, Jan 21 (Hina) - A projection of the results of Serbia's parliamentary vote on Sunday shows that six parties and coalitions are likely to win seats in the national parliament, with the Serbian Radical Party leading with 28.5 percent of the vote, the Centre for Free Elections and Democracy (CESID) said.

The projection, based on actual results counted, shows that the Radical Party is followed by the Democratic Party of Boris Tadic, with 22.9 percent of votes, the coalition of PM Vojislav Kostunica's Democratic Party of Serbia and the New Serbia of Velimir Ilic, with 17 percent of the vote, the G17 Plus party led by Mladjan Dinkic wih 6.8 percent, and Ivica Dacic's Socialist Party of Serbia with 6.1 percent of the vote.

The coalition of the Liberal Democrat Party of Cedomir Jovanovic, Natasa Micic's Civic Union of Serbia, the Social Democratic Union of Zarko Korac and the League of the Social Democrats of Vojvodina, led by Nenad Canak, won five percent of ballots. However, this projection is not final since data for major polling stations, such as those in Belgrade, have not been processed yet.

Of the parties representing ethnic minorities, which must pass the so- called natural threshold to win seats in the parliament, four can count on parliamentary seats - the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians of Jozsef Kacsa, the List for Sandzak of Sulejman Ugljanin, the Union of Serbian Roma, and the Roma Party.

The final projection of election results will be made known shortly after 2200 hrs on Sunday.
