Supervisory Board of INSTITUT IGH, d.d. gave its consent for the conclusion of a PIK debt Restructuring Agreement, to be concluded by INSTITUT IGH, d.d., as the Debtor and AVENUE ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, as the Creditor.
By concluding the above mentioned Agreement and acting in accordance with it, INSTITUT IGH, d.d. will settle the PIK debt towards AVENUE ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in full, all in accordance with the provisions of the pre-bankruptcy settlement of the Debtor INSTITUTE IGH, d.d.
