INSTITUT IGH d.d. as the Debtor and AVENUE MEHANIZACIJA d.o.o. as the Creditor, concluded a Protocol on the release of Debt, thus confirming that AVENUE MEHANIZACIJA d.o.o. as the Creditor, cannot and shall not demand the fulfilment of the PIK debt on the basis of the pre-bankruptcy settlement of the Debtor INSTITUTA IGH, d.d., in the amount of EURO 2.265.239,22.
Pursuant to the above stated, the subject Protocol on the release of debt is the basis for the write-off of PIK debt amounting to EURO 2.265.239,22.
