INSTITUT IGH, d.d., as the Debtor and B2 Kapital d.o.o. as the Creditor, signed the Protocol on the cancellation of a part of the debt, thus confirming that B2 Kapital d.o.o. has written off a part of the Senior Debt from the pre-bankruptcy settlement of the Debtor INSTITUT IGH, d.d., in the amount of EURO 5,299,565.98 (which is equivalent to 39.835.645,05 HRK according to the mean exchange rate of the CNB on 14 June 2022), in accordance with the Decision of the B2 Kapital d.o.o. Management Board of 14 June 2022 on the write-off of a part of the debt, according to the provisions of the Restructuring Agreement which was signed by INSTITUT IGH, d.d. and B2 Kapital d.o.o. on 12 March 2021.
Pursuant to the above, B2 Kapital d.o.o., as the Creditor, in accordance with the relevant Protocol and Article 203 of the Civil Obligations Act, cannot and shall not demand the fulfilment of the specified part of the Senior Debt from the Debtor.
