Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, regarding the received Inquiry of the Zagreb Stock Exchange dated on February 28 th 2022 about the impact of the RussianUkrainian crisis on business operations, our response is as follows: Markets of Russia and Ukraine contribute to Podravka Group’s annual sales revenues with less than 6.5%. Majority of accounts receivables related to buyers from Russia, incurred until today, are insured.
Podravka Group will experience negative consequences of Russian-Ukrainian crisis, as well as sanctions imposed towards Russia, however, scope and intensity of those consequences cannot be clearly assessed or quantified. We are continuously monitoring the developments, assessing the risks and possibility of their mitigation.
