Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), the Capital Market Law and the Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify that the session of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. was held on February 4th 2022, where the decision on the appointment of PODRAVKA Inc. Management Board was reached.
