(Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic said on
Saturday that a referendum question concerning bilingualism, proposed
by the Initiative for the Defence of Croatian Vukovar, was not in line
with the Constitution, stressing that Croatia should not approach
solutions aimed at reducing ethic minority rights.
