"The report contains instructions for better business in 2012. Staff restructuring, notably journalists, on the one hand, and a remark on how to align the funds which came directly from the state budget," she said.
"In that sense, following (Hina's) work in 2013, all the remarks we gave for 2012, have been adopted through 2013 which, I believe, we will see in the report for this year," she added.
