BRUSSELS, Oct 28
(Hina) - The European Commission never comments on
individual cases, including the alleged institution of a preliminary
investigation of Josip Perkovic, a former chief of Yugoslav and
Croatian secret services, spokeswoman for the EU Justice Commissioner
Mina Andreeva said in Brussels on Monday when asked to comment on
media reports that Croatia was launching a preliminary investigation
of Josip Perkovic, who is wanted by Germany on charges of murder of
Croatian dissident Stjepan Djurekovic in Germany in 1983.
