(Hina) - Despite the fact that national minorities
are by law guaranteed priority in employment procedures in state and
public services, Croatia has not moved one iota and stating that one
is a member of an ethnic minority in practice is often a disadvantage
in employment, members of the parliamentary Committee for National
Minorities said to their colleagues from Macedonia who were on a
working visit to Croatia on Thursday.
