(Hina) - Serbia's Prime Minister Ivica Dacic on
Friday assessed that Pristina's decision to ban his visit to Kosovo
was a "direct obstruction" of the Brussels agreement, adding that he
no longer had any interest in participating in negotiations if the
European Union considered this situation as normal.
