DUBROVNIK, Sept 25
(Hina) - The European Union will fund an IPA
cross-border project of cooperation between Croatia and Montenegro to
help the sustainable special interest tourism development programme
aimed at developing new tourism packages for the Konavle region in
Croatia and Tivat municipality in Montenegro focussing on developing
bicycle tourism, it was heard at a presentation of the project in
Dubrovnik on Wednesday. The European Union will fund an IPA
cross-border project of cooperation between Croatia and Montenegro to
help the sustainable special interest tourism development programme
aimed at developing new tourism packages for the Konavle region in

bicycle tourism, it was heard at a presentation of the project in
Dubrovnik on Wednesday.
The project, which will be implemented over
the next two years, is valued at EUR 351,800 and of that EUR 119,000
is available to the Croatian partner.
