A little over 100 men, women and children shouted slogans against the Egyptian armed forces, the United States, and Israel, carrying Egyptian flags and posters of Morsi.
One of the protesters said they expected the Egyptian ambassador to Bosnia to resign as a sign of solidarity with the victims.
The protesters thanked the Riyasat of the Islamic Community in Bosnia for condemning the violence in Egypt.
The Riyasat issued a statement condemning "in the strongest terms the brutal and mass murders of the citizens of Egypt and the violence that was caused and is being enforced by the local military government."
The statement said the Islamic Community in Bosnia was shocked by the violent annulment of the people's democratic will, the stopping of democratic processes, and the international community's dual standards towards the Egyptian people.
The Community said Morsi was still the lawful president of Egypt and urged the international community to show on Egypt's example that human rights should be respected.
