(Hina) - Lawyer Vesna Alaburic has told Hina that
following the Constitutional Court's decision to stay the
implementation of the new legislation regulating the Value Added Tax
on daily newspapers for the time being, all general news dailies will
pay a five-percent VAT rate until further notice.
