Croatia's largest insurer said in a press release it had submitted the necessary documentation to the Ljubljana-based ALTA Invest company, the agent of the transaction.
According to Pozavarovalnica Sava's website, the company planned to raise EUR 55 million through the issue of 7,857,143 new shares at one euro each between May 23 and June 21.
A total of 447 investors subscribed for 13,289,619 shares totalling more than EUR 93 million.
Information on the new shareholders will be released around July 8.
