(Hina) - A pre-bankruptcy counselling session for
Dina and Dioki from the loss-making Dioki petrochemical group was held
in Zagreb on Tuesday when a plan for the financial restructuring of
the Zagreb-based Dioki plant was rejected and a plan for the Krk-based
