This year "Relations" is dedicated to those promoting Croatian literature in English - Croatian publishers Fraktura and Sandor, Britain's Istros Books, and Autumn Hill Books in the US, editor Roman Simic Bodrozic told Hina.
The Croatian booth is part of the "Croatian Literature in Focus" programme, which is part of the "Welcome Croatia" project whereby Croatia is promoting itself in Great Britain as a new member of the European Union.
Concurrently with the book fair, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is hosting the "Short Shrift – Season of Contemporary Croatian Drama". It was organised by the Croatian Culture Ministry, Istros Books and the Croatian Writers Society, with support from the British Croatian Society and the Croatian Embassy to Great Britain.
