We will remember Mrs Thatcher as a charismatic person who marked and, with her activity, significantly changed her epoch. She was a politician whose words all world stakeholders always listened to closely, even though they didn't always completely agree with her, Leko wrote.
We in Croatia will remember her for the support she gave us in the days of our just struggle for freedom and independence. We are grateful that, with her influence in international political circles, she helped the Croatian people defend themselves from military aggression and exercise their sovereign right to live in freedom and democracy, Leko wrote, extending condolence to the British people.
