(Hina) - The Netherlands, one of the few EU member
states that have not yet ratified Croatia's EU accession treaty,
believes that Croatia has gone through a strict process of
negotiations and that the general opinion is that it is ready to enter
the bloc, but it has not yet made an official decision on opening or
closing the labour market for Croatian citizens after 1 July, should
