ZAGREB, Jan 30
(Hina) - The strongest opposition party, the Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ), is expected to file a formal request with the
Constitutional Court later on Wednesday to assess the
constitutionality of the amended Veterans' Act based on which the
Homeland War Veterans Register was made public late last year, the HDZ
MP and chairman of the parliamentary Committee on War Veterans, Josip
Djakic, announced.
