The EC experts arrived in Croatia to get acquainted with Croatia's progress in preventing corruption and organised crime.
Stefan said she had scheduled a number of meetings with representatives of state institutions and other bodies taking part in the implementation of corruption suppression measures.
Findings of the expert mission will be included in the next EC monitoring report, she added.
Seks said that the council was a strong control mechanism of all stakeholders in the process of implementing anti-corruption measures.
The meeting also focused on parliamentary activities in forming a Conflict of Interests Commission, the statement said.
