KNIN, Jan 23
(Hina) - Jovan Beric and his sisters will be awarded
compensation of HRK 540,000 for the death of their parents Radivoje
and Marija Beric who were killed by Croatian soldiers in the village
of Varivode on 28 September 1995, according to a ruling which the Knin
municipal court judge Ana Jelac-Pecirep handed down on Wednesday.
