ZAGREB, Jan 21
(Hina) - Several non-governmental organisations sent
an open letter to the Veterans' Affairs Ministry and the government in
response to the intention to adopt a law on victims of rape as a war
crime, stating that they supported the adoption of the law but warned
that the majority of civilian victims of the war are not able to
realise their rights and that this needs to be resolved with a
separate law, a press conference was told on Monday.
