STOCKHOLM, Nov 7
(Hina) - I am pleased that democracy is at work in
Croatia but I am not too happy because this decision by the Croatian
Constitutional Court means that at one stage we took more note of
political interests than the rule of law, Parliament Speaker Josip
Leko said in Stockholm on Wednesday commenting on a decision by the
Constitutional Court to abolish several provisions of the Conflict of
Interest Act.
