(Hina) - Croatia's representative to the European
Court of Human Rights (ECHR), Stefica Staznik, has said that the
Strasbourg-based court's judgement about Slovenia's liability for
paying back "old" foreign-currency savings deposited with the
Ljubljanska bank's branches outside Slovenia to the holders of those
savings, and about Serbia's liability for paying back "old"
foreign-currency savings deposited with Invest Bank branches outside
Serbia before the wars in the 1990s, is very important for Croatian
clients.
