BELGRADE, Oct 27
(Hina) - Petar Ciric, charged with war crimes which
the Serb forces and the then Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) committed at
the Ovcara farm after they overran the eastern Croatian town of
Vukovar, will be arraigned before the Belgrade war crimes tribunal on
15 November for his role in the execution of Croatian POWs, the
Belgrade office of war crimes prosecutor told Hina on Friday evening.
