Speaking to the press, he said the condition for Serbia's accession to the European Union was the easing of tensions in Belgrade-Pristina relations and the removal of problems which made it impossible for citizens to live normally.
"Serbia is willing to resume dialogue, define all mutual problems and work on eliminating them," said Dacic.
He said it was necessary to resume dialogue on the political level, which meant finding a compromise solution acceptable to both sides, adding that at what level, in which format and which international community officials would be present would be discussed by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic at the UN General Assembly.
Dacic also said the Serbian police had the testimony of a protected witness on trafficking in human organs in Kosovo and Albania.
