ZAGREB, Aug 29
(Hina) - General Slobodan Praljak, accused of war
crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 1990s, challenges in its
entirety the decision by the ICTY's Registrar that he must reimburse
the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia EUR for
the amount paid to his Defence team until now, and he will prefer to
returning to the Scheveningen detention unit of this UN tribunal to
remaining free if he must be confined to his residence, Praljak lawyer
Nika Pinter said on Wednesday.
