(Hina) - A court in The Hague has rejected a request
by the Austrian company Adria Beteiligungs GmbH to quash the ruling
handed down by a court of arbitration by which the Austrian company's
demand for compensation from the Republic of Croatia in the amount of
EUR80 million was overruled, the Croatian Chief State Prosecutor's
Office (DORH) said in a statement on Wednesday.
