ZAGREB, July 13
(Hina) - The Council of members of the Croatian
Employers' Association (HUS) has expressed deep concern about the
state of the national economy and the growing anti-business climate in
the country, announcing that it will launch a procedure for assessment
of the constitutionality of the provisions of the Income Tax Act
relating to the retroactive taxation of retained profit, the HUP said
on Friday.
