"I said it's not about the crisis but the beginning of the end of the crisis. I offered sufficiently convincing arguments that the crisis came about because the laws and the Constitution were violated, in which the (international community's) High Representative also played a part. Only now are we starting to come back within the constitutional and legal frameworks," Bevanda was quoted as saying by the print media in Mostar on Sunday.
He said Gordon wanted to know if the government reshuffle would take long and if it could result in a crisis.
When Gordon asked about the position of Bosnian Croats, Bevanda said they were "the most interested in everything going back to the constitutional and legal frameworks."
"We expect the Strasbourg ruling to be implemented and the Croats represent a very constructive factor in that," he added.
Speaking at the Croatia Summit, Gordon said that attempts to reshuffle the state and Federation entity governments in Bosnia represented an unwelcome diverting of attention from economic and political priorities, including European Union and NATO membership, which all political parties claimed to support.
