"Instead of dealing with issues related to BiH's road to the EU and NATO, we are dealing with the ousting of the SDA from power. We fear that once it finds itself at a dead end and realises that it can't lawfully oust the SDA from power, the SDP will embark on compromises that can cost the state of BiH," Tihic said at a panel of the Krug 99 NGO.
He accused the SDP of excluding from power the legitimate political representatives of Bosniaks and of trying to stop the fight against organised crime. He voiced doubt that the SDP would succeed in reshuffling the government in the Federation, where it has agreed a new coalition with the Alliance for a Better Future of BiH.
The SDP broke up a coalition with the SDA after the latter party voted against the 2012 state budget.
