Vidosevic said Croatia's EU accession would bring major changes to the region's market and that its countries must find ways to alleviate as much as possible the negative consequences once Croatia left the Central European Free Trade Agreement.
Poposki welcomed Croatia's EU accession, saying it would bring many opportunities to both Croatia and the countries in the region, which he said should be the best partners possible.
According to Croatian Bureau of Statistics figures, Croatian exports to Macedonia in 2011 amounted to EUR 96 million, up 13.3 per cent on the year, while its imports from Macedonia were EUR 120.2 million, up 12.3 per cent on the year.
