The seminar was organised by the City of Dubrovnik and the Polish Embassy in Croatia. Participants exchanged their experience in investment in cultural heritage using EU funding.
Polish Ambassador Wieslaw Tarka said that the two countries were continuing the good cooperation through this seminar, and that EU funds offered a great opportunity for preserving historical heritage.
The Croatian Assistant Minister of Culture, Zlatko Uzelac, said that now was the right time for Croatia to follow Poland's example, because so far none of the Croatian cultural heritage protection projects had managed to receive EU funding.
