Vandoren stressed the importance of maintaining the pace of activities that would result in the fulfilment of the commitments. He requested detailed information about planned amendments to Croatia's Waste Management Strategy and Waste Management Act, which will be part of progress monitoring.
Holy said that her ministry would present detailed information to the European Commission soon.
Vandoren and Holy agreed that it was of vital interest to maintain and further develop projects that will be financed from EU pre-accession and post-accession funds with the aim of successfully implementing the EU cohesion policy.
