The award was presented in Paris at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, which took place during the Paris Cookbook Fair on March 7-11.
First prize went to the US magazine Lucky Peach and second prize went to the Austrian-German magazine Falstaff.
Croatian author Srecko Lorger's book "Sve je to jena kuzina" was voted fourth best in its category.
Ice&Pice has been published since 2007 every two months and has a circulation of 15,000-17,000.
It is sold in Croatia and Slovenia, and has a section in English.
