APPEAL OF ZAGREB-BASED OFFICE OF HUMANITARIAN ACTION FOR NOVA BILA

BILA $ AND SILVER BOSNIA ZAGREB, Dec 21 (Hina) - The Zagreb-based Office of the humanitarian action for Nova Bila and Silver Bosnia lodged an appeal to home and foreign statesmen and diplomats in connection with the Nova Bila- bound convoy. The Office asked help from Croatian Foreign and Deputy Prime Minister Mate Granic, UN Secretary General B.B.Ghali, Apostolic delegate in Croatia Msgr.Giulio Einaudi, Austrian Foreign Minister Alois Mock, Bosnian Ambassador in Zagreb Bisera Turkovic, American Ambassador Peter Galbraith, German Ambassador Horst Weisel, Russian Ambassador Leonid V. Kerestedziyanc, Turkish Ambassador Yuksel Soylemez and UN Press center in New York. The appeal was lodged in order that members of the convoy could safely return to Croatia. 211130 MET dec 93
