ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign and Deputy Prime Minister
told Croatian radio today that the first part of the convoy for
Nova Bila left Pavlovica, while the second part will leave when the
first part of the convoy reached Nova Bila. He stressed that
inspite of guarantees Bosnian Prime Minister Haris Silajdzic and
UNPROFOR Commander General Cot gave, the agreement is not
respected. Minister Granic said that he will discuss that issue
with President Izetbegovic in the evening and "if the obstacles to
the convoy are not removed, it will have far-reaching negative
consequences for the humanitarian issue and mutual relations."
