DEBRECEN, Nov 21 (Hina) - The participants at the Conference of
the Foreign Ministers of Central Europe's Initiative, that had
took place in Debrecen, held a press-briefing in that Hungarian
town on Saturday afternoon.
All ministers agreed that Central Europe could not be included
in the modern process of progress unless all the political
problems of this part of Europe might be resolved. The chair of
this Conference, Hungarian Foreign Minister Jeszenszky, stressed
the importance of the decision to form the mission for
establishing the facts, which the countries of Central Europe's
Initiative would suggest to Bosnia-Herzegovina. According to
Hungarian Minister, the task of that mission would not be only to
report on the situation in that war-stricken country, but also to
express support to its people and to contribute to humanitarian
aid delivery. Austrian Foreign Minister Mock warned about a
possibility of occurrence of national antagonistic feelings,
whereas Italian Foreign Minister Andreatta also expressed his
concern over stability in Central Europe.
Croatian Foreign Minister Granic reiterated the standpoints of
Croatia concerning the issue of its borders, and he added that
his country was ready to negotiate with the Serbs from Croatia.
Newly-appointed B-H Foreign Minister Ljubijankic called an all to
make a great effort in order that atrocities and crimes could be
punished and "the dignity of the international politics on
Bosnia-Herzegovina could be restored".
