ZAGREB, Nov 11 (Hina) - Members of the Commission for International
Cooperation of the Assembly of Bosnia-Herzegovina, headed by Chairman of
the Assembly Miro Lazovic, met in Zagreb on Thursday with Chairman of the
Croatian Parliament Stjepan Mesic and his associates.
"We have met in Strasbourg recently and today we have agreed what we have
promised our European colleagues, that we will send a joint delegation to
Sarajevo, Tuzla, Herzeg-Bosnia and elsewhere to get a real picture of what
is happening in those areas," Mr Mesic told reporters after the talks.
He went on to say that the meeting cleared many problems, and that
agreement was reached that Bosnia-Herzegovina should be preserved a state
of three sovereign nations.
Mr Mesic said that no one could be pardoned for pulling down the old stone
bridge in Mostar. he said that all those who had committed crimes must be
found, after which cooperation and communication could be restored.
Mr Lazovic pointed out that first conflicts, particularly those in central
Bosnia, must be brought to a stop, as well as expulsion of people from
their homes, and that it must be made possible for the Croats, Moslems and
Serb to return to their homes.
